Vivo V50e Buyers in India to Enjoy Exclusive 5G Plan and 12-Month OTT Access in Partnership with Vi

Vi has teamed up with Vivo India to provide a unique prepaid bundle plan that includes 5G access and complimentary subscriptions to OTT platforms for purchasers of the Vivo V50e. This bundled offer allows Vi prepaid subscribers in India to benefit from OTT and Live TV services for as long as 12 months, along with unlimited calling and 3GB of daily data. This promotion is available to both current Vi customers and new users and will remain accessible to buyers of the Vivo V50e until the month’s conclusion.

Vivo V50e Vi 5G Bundled Plan

In a press announcement, Vi disclosed that an exclusive prepaid plan priced at Rs. 1,197 has been launched in India for those acquiring the Vivo V50e. This plan is valid for 84 days and provides access to up to a 12-month subscription to Vi Movies & TV, along with 17 different OTT platforms such as Jio Hotstar, Zee 5, Sony Liv, Lionsgate Play, Fancode, and many others. Users will also have access to more than 350 live TV channels. Additionally, the plan includes daily data benefits of 3GB, unlimited voice calls, and 100 free SMS each day.

The company has stated that this special prepaid plan is available to both new and existing Vi customers. It applies to anyone who purchases the Vivo V50e between April 17 and June 30, 2025. To redeem the offer, customers must insert a Vi prepaid SIM into their device and recharge with the exclusive Rs. 1,197 plan.

Access to the first three months of the Vi Movies & TV subscription will be activated after the initial Rs. 1,197 recharge, while the subsequent nine months of free access will be activated after the next three Rs. 1,197 recharges made within the first year of purchase, as explained by the company.

Customers are encouraged to download the Vi Movies & TV app and log in using their Vi number on the Vivo V50e to begin streaming. The same number can be used to access content on their Smart TV for larger screen viewing.

Importantly, the Vivo V50e was unveiled in India in April, featuring a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, a robust 5,600mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging, a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel main sensor, and a 50-megapixel front camera. At its release, the 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB models were priced at Rs. 28,999 and Rs. 30,999, respectively.

Vi also highlighted that its recent collaboration with Vivo is in line with the ongoing 5G deployment in major cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, Patna, and Chandigarh. The leading telecom company aims to extend 5G access to 17 key regions across the country by August 2025.
