Unveiling Innovation: Acer Introduces Swift Go 14 AI, Swift Go 16 AI, and Swift Edge 14 AI for Next-Level Productivity at Computex 2025

Acer unveiled a variety of Copilot+ PCs at the Computex 2025 event held in Taiwan on Monday. The tech giant introduced three new laptops in their range — Acer Swift Go 14 AI, Swift Go 16 AI, and Swift Edge 14 AI, equipped with Intel Core Ultra 9 processors. The Swift Go 16 AI and Swift Go 14 AI are described as ultra-portable laptops featuring an upgraded Acer Multi-Control Touchpad for superior usability. On the other hand, the Acer Swift Edge 14 AI boasts a stunning 14-inch 3K OLED display with edge-to-edge glass and a Corning Gorilla Matte Pro surface treatment.

Pricing and Availability of Acer Swift Go 14 AI, Swift Go 16 AI, Swift Edge 14 AI

The price for the Acer Swift Edge 14 AI starts at EUR 1,599 (approximately Rs. 1,54,000) and will be available in a unique Pearl White variant beginning in June across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

The Copilot+ PCs Swift Go 16 AI (Titanium Grey) and Swift Go 14 AI (Steam Blue) are priced at EUR 1,299 (about Rs. 1,25,000) and EUR 1,199 (around Rs. 1,15,600), respectively, with availability set for August and July in the EMEA regions.

Specifications of Acer Swift Go 14 AI and Swift Go 16 AI

The Acer Swift Go 14 AI Copilot+ PC features a 14-inch WUXGA (1,920 x 1,200 pixels) OLED display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, while the Swift Go 16 AI is equipped with a bigger 16-inch 2K (2,048 x 1,280 pixels) WUXGA+ screen. Both models include VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500 and Eyesafe 2.0 certifications, providing full coverage of the DCI-P3 color spectrum. They are designed to be sleek and lightweight, with a thickness of 15.9mm and weighing in at 1.39kg and 1.6kg, respectively.

Customers have the option to upgrade the Swift Go AI Copilot+ PCs to include an Intel Core Ultra 7 258V processor, along with an Intel Core Ultra Boost NPU capable of achieving 47 tera operations per second (TOPS). Additionally, the laptops can be configured with an Intel Arc Graphics 140V to efficiently handle graphics-intensive tasks. These configurations are complemented by up to 32GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 2TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD storage.

The Acer Swift Go 14 AI and Swift Go 16 AI Copilot+ PCs are equipped with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. For connectivity, the laptops feature two USB Type-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 support, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports, an HDMI port, and a microSD card reader. Both models include a 1080p full HD infrared camera supporting Windows Hello facial recognition, along with a privacy shutter. Additional features consist of a Kensington lock, touchpad activity indicators, a backlit keyboard, and a 180-degree hinge for flexibility.

Both the Acer Swift Go 14 AI and Swift Go 16 AI come with a 64Wh Lithium-ion battery, which is said to provide up to 16 hours of usage time.

Specifications of Acer Swift Edge 14 AI

The Acer Swift Edge 14 AI Copilot+ PC comes with a 14-inch 3K (2,880 x 1,800 pixels) OLED display that features DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification, comprehensive coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut, and a Corning Gorilla Matte Pro finish. The chassis is made of Magnesium-Aluminum, weighs just 0.99kg, and boasts MIL-STD 810H military-grade durability.

This laptop is powered by up to the Intel Core Ultra 9 288V processor, featuring Intel AI Boost for a performance of 48 TOPS, paired with Intel Arc Graphics 140V. It can hold up to 32GB of LPDDR5x RAM and offers up to 1TB of PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD storage. Enhanced security is provided by the inclusion of a Microsoft Pluto crypto-processor. The device also features a 1080p FHD infrared camera and DTS:X Ultra audio dual speakers.

For connectivity, the Acer Swift Edge 14 AI Copilot+ PC includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, two USB Type-C ports supporting Thunderbolt 4, two USB Type-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It is powered by a robust 65Wh 3-cell Li-ion battery capable of providing up to 21 hours of video playback.

All models in the latest Acer Swift range, referred to as Copilot+ PCs, are equipped with a dedicated Copilot+ hotkey. This hotkey facilitates features such as Recall and Click-to-Do, which are currently in preview. Additional improvements include enhancements to Windows search, Cocreator in Paint, Live Captions, and Windows Studio Effects.
