Ukrainian Drone Assaults Leave Six Injured Amid Ongoing Conflict

On Tuesday, Russia’s Defense Ministry announced that it had shot down 46 Ukrainian drones during overnight operations, with local officials reporting that six individuals sustained injuries.

According to the military, the drones were either «destroyed or intercepted» over the Belgorod, Bryansk, and Kursk regions close to the Ukrainian border, as well as in Orlov.

In Belgorod city, a man suffered serious injuries due to debris from a downed drone, as stated by Belgorod region Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.

In Kursk, five people were hurt when drones targeted an area near a truck that was delivering bread, as reported by Acting Kursk region Governor Alexander Khinstein on Telegram.

These attacks occurred just before a scheduled phone conversation between President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump, where they are expected to discuss a potential ceasefire in Ukraine.
