Revolutionizing Productivity: Asus Unveils ExpertBook P3 Series Powered by AMD Ryzen AI 7 Processor at Computex 2025

The Asus ExpertBook P3 series was introduced on Tuesday in partnership with AMD during Computex 2025. This series includes two variants featuring 14-inch and 16-inch screens. The new ExpertBook P3 models are powered by an AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 chipset, and they can be configured with up to 32GB of RAM. Additionally, both variants come with a 1080p webcam that supports biometric login through Windows Hello. They are equipped with a 70Wh lithium polymer battery, which supports charging at 65W via a USB Type-C port.

The company has not yet disclosed the pricing and availability for the Asus ExpertBook P3 series, but these laptops are already available on the company’s US website. They will be offered in a Misty Grey finish.

Specifications of the Asus ExpertBook P3 Series

The Asus ExpertBook P3 series features an octa-core AMD Ryzen AI 7 350 processor, along with an AMD Ryzen AI NPU capable of handling up to 40 TOPS (tera operations per second) and AMD Radeon graphics. Users can configure both models with a maximum of 32GB of DDR5 RAM, which is upgradable to 64GB.

The PM3406CKA variant comes with a 14-inch WQXGA (2,560×1,600 pixels) LED backlit screen that supports a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, peak brightness of up to 400 nits, and covers up to 86 percent of the sRGB colour spectrum. In contrast, the PM3606CKA model features a larger 16-inch WQXGA (2,560×1,600 pixels) display with the same specifications.

These laptops come with a 1TB SSD. Connectivity options include two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports, an HDMI 2.1 TMDS port, a Gigabit Ethernet port, and a 3.5mm combo audio jack.

The Asus ExpertBook P3 connectivity options feature Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. These laptops are powered by a four-cell 70Wh lithium polymer battery that allows for 65W charging through one of the USB Type-C ports. The 14-inch model has dimensions of 312.7×227.1×18mm and a weight of 1.36kg, while the larger model measures 358.4×253.5×18mm with a weight of 1.79kg.
