Psychological Survival Horror The 9th Charnel Set for January 30 Release

Trailer Announcement for the Release Date of The 9th Charnel.

Publisher **SOEDESCO** and indie developer **Saikat Deb** have jointly **revealed** the official release date for the psychological horror game from a first-person perspective, **The 9th Charnel**. The game will be available on PC and consoles starting January 30, 2026.

From the description of **The 9th Charnel** on Steam:

The gameplay strikes a balance between stealth and combat. Players must navigate through dark paths, gather essential resources, make tough choices, and decide whether to fade into the shadows or engage in fights when there are no alternatives. Managing supplies will be crucial, as it will influence your chances of surviving until the next scene.

The developers promise a cinematic presentation, detailed graphics, and a gripping sound atmosphere that will heighten tension and unravel the characters’ motivations. As the story unfolds, players will uncover fragments of each character’s past, leading to their own interpretation of the events.

Players on PC (available on **[Steam](https://store.steampowered.com/app/2005690/The_9th_Charnel/)**), Xbox Series, and PlayStation 5 will have the opportunity to experience fear and survival in **The 9th Charnel**. Unfortunately, there will be no Russian language translation available in the game, but a **[demo version](https://store.steampowered.com/app/3924090/The_9th_Charnel_Demo/)** is already accessible.
