Phantom Wallet Launches Perpetual Futures Trading with Hyperliquid Integration

The popular Web3 wallet Phantom has launched perpetual contract trading thanks to its integration with the Hyperliquid platform. Initially, this feature is available to users in the EU.

The option operates via a direct connection with the Hyperliquid API, allowing traders to execute futures directly within the wallet interface while maintaining non-custodial control over their assets.

Traders can access leverage of up to 40x, alongside stop-loss and take-profit orders, as well as real-time alerts. The interface is primarily optimized for mobile devices.

Launched in 2021, the project started as a wallet for the Solana ecosystem. Since 2023, the team has been working to incorporate support for additional blockchains.

In December 2024, Phantom announced its integration with Sui, in addition to its existing support for Solana, Ethereum, Base, Polygon, and Bitcoin.

In January 2025, the project completed a Series C funding round, raising $150 million at a valuation of $3 billion. Despite rumors regarding an airdrop, the developers confirmed that they have no plans to issue their own token.

It’s worth noting that since April, users of 1inch can perform swaps on Solana by connecting Phantom or Trust Wallet through WalletConnect.
