Pathologic 3 Launches with Time-Travel Mechanics and New Storyline!

It’s official! Just a couple of hours ago, the developers at **Ice-Pick Lodge** announced the release of Pathologic 3, accompanied by the launch of a trailer.

The new title serves as a remake of the story campaign featuring the Bachelor Dankovsky from the original “ Mor.” As before, the protagonist has just 12 days to uncover the reasons behind the Sand Plague that has engulfed the Town on the Gorkhon. Unlike the Haruspex from Pathologic 2, the Bachelor won’t have to rummage through trash in search of survival resources. Instead, as a man of science from the Capital, he takes charge of the town, imposing his own rules, which not everyone will agree with.

To accomplish his mission, the hero orders the conversion of an old theater into a hospital, where he will examine patients daily, assess their conditions, and continue the quest for a cure. One of the most notable features of this sequel is its ambitious time travel mechanic, allowing players to make alternative choices within a single playthrough.

Pathologic 3 is now available on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 5. Players who supported the developers on Kickstarter or the “Niti” platform during the funding campaign for Pathologic 2 will receive the sequel at no additional cost. Others can take advantage of a 20% launch discount, valid until January 23. On that same day, the game will also debut on Xbox Series.
