New Robotics Hub Technored Opens in Technopolis Moscow, Pioneering Local Manufacturing Solutions

The “RoboCenter Technored” has officially launched in the special economic zone «Technopolis Moscow.» This initial phase of production covers an area of 2,500 square meters and is set to become a new hub for innovation and a catalyst for the development of robotics in Russia. The “RoboCenter Technored” serves as a new venue in the Central Federal District dedicated to the localization of domestic manufacturers and the creation of collaborative solutions in industrial automation. By 2030, more than 30 innovative robotic solutions are expected to be developed here. The center’s capacity will allow for the production of up to 25,000 robots, which will help achieve 30% of the goals outlined in the national project «Production and Automation.»

The opening ceremony was attended by Mikhail Ivanov, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, the General Director of Technopolis Moscow, as well as representatives from the Russian and Moscow governments, major Russian corporations, and industry experts. Attendees were given a tour of the production facilities, laboratories, and areas designated for robot assembly and testing.

During the opening, a roundtable discussion took place regarding the formation of a robotics and machine-building cluster. A roadmap for the development of the robotics cluster in «Technopolis Moscow» was approved, and participants signed a resolution aimed at promoting the cluster’s growth.

Technored is a Russian developer and manufacturer of robotic systems, components, and software. Since 2025, the company has been a resident of the “Technopolis Moscow” SEZ. Technored specializes in providing ready-made solutions for welding, machine loading, and palletizing. The company holds 20 unique patented technologies and collaborates with several Russian universities, including Innopolis University, MSTU «STANKIN,» and Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
