Motorola Edge 60 Set for Indian Debut on June 10: Explore Its Stunning Features and Vibrant Color Choices

The launch date for the Motorola Edge 60 in India has been announced. The company has also provided details on the available colors along with RAM and storage configurations for the Indian market. The latest addition to the Edge series debuted in several international markets in April, coinciding with the release of the Motorola Edge 60 Pro. The Indian version is set to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset, while the global model operates on a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC. It features a triple rear camera setup, led by a 50-megapixel main sensor.

Via a banner on its official Indian site, Motorola has announced that the Motorola Edge 60 will be launched on June 10. It will come in Pantone Gibraltar Sea and Pantone Shamrock color variants in India. The device will be offered with a single configuration of 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage. It will be available for purchase via Flipkart.

In the meantime, the global variant of the Motorola Edge 60 was made available in Pantone Gibraltar Sea, Pantone Plum Perfect, and Pantone Shamrock colors.

Motorola Edge 60 Specifications 

The listing for Motorola Edge 60 on the manufacturer’s website reveals its significant specifications. It operates on Android 15 with Hello UI and features a 6.67-inch 1.5K (1,220 x 2,712 pixels) pOLED display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The screen achieves a peak brightness of 4,500 nits and has a Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protective layer. Under the hood, it is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 CPU. For comparison, the global variant is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor.

On the back, the Motorola Edge 60 includes a triple-camera system that features a 50-megapixel primary camera with a Sony LYTIA 700C sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. Additionally, it has a 50-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video conferencing. It is rated with IP68 + IP69 certifications and includes stereo speakers that support Dolby Atmos.

The Indian version of the Motorola Edge 60 is expected to come with a robust 5,500mAh battery offering 68W TurboPower charging capabilities. In contrast, the global variant is equipped with a 5,200mAh battery and the same charging capability.

While the pricing for the Motorola Edge 60 in India remains undisclosed, it was initially launched in Europe at a price point of GBP 379 (approximately Rs. 43,000).
