Medvedev’s Witty Appeal to ATP: More Cities, Please!

The 2021 US Open champion and currently ranked 13th in the world, Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev, humorously addressed the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) following his victory at the ATP-250 tournament in Brisbane, Australia.

«Dear ATP Tour, could you please add more cities? I’m running out of them…» Medvedev posted on his social media.

The Russian player has secured all 22 of his titles at various tournaments across different cities. Prior to this, Medvedev claimed an ATP tournament title in October 2025 in Almaty. In his most recent match, he triumphed over French player Corentin Moutet with a score of 7-5, 4-6, 6-3. Medvedev earned his first ATP-level title at the age of 21 at a tournament in Sydney in 2018, where he defeated Australian Alex de Minaur in the final.
