March Launch for Twilight Monk: A Hand-Drawn 2.5D Metroidvania Adventure Awaits

**Twilight Monk** is a blend of 2.5D metroidvania and action RPG, inspired by the book series of the same name. The developers at **Aquatic Moon** have announced an approximate release date and shared a new [trailer](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qAxWEbXWeSc).

Dark times have fallen upon Spéria, with monsters roaming the villages. Survivors are gathering at the monastery, hoping to find assistance from the monks. The protagonist, Raziel Tenza, a descendant of the twilight monks, must confront the traitor Knox and restore balance.

**Twilight Monk** features a hand-drawn expansive world where freedom blends with classic adventure in a fantasy setting. Players will also explore dungeons and unveil their mysteries. Each dungeon contains areas that can’t be accessed immediately, encouraging players to return after acquiring new abilities to discover hidden passages, treasures, and solve puzzles.

**Twilight Monk** is set to launch on PC ([Steam](https://store.steampowered.com/app/1911940/Twilight_Monk/)) and Nintendo Switch in March 2025. Russian will be among the supported languages. A demo is available at the **Valve** store as part of the «Games Must Exist» festival and can be accessed until March 3rd.
