Lenovo Unveils Game-Changing AI-Powered Laptops: Yoga Pro 9i Aura and IdeaPad Slim 3x Debut at MWC 2025

Lenovo has unveiled a range of laptops featuring generative AI functionalities at this year’s Mobile World Congress (MWC), notably the Yoga Pro 9i Aura version. This Aura branding stems from a collaboration with Intel, aimed at developing a suite of «unique software, hardware, and AI capabilities» that enhance «computing to be a more individualized, efficient, and secure experience.» The Yoga Pro 9i Aura edition operates on the Intel Core Ultra processor and includes the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 GPU, which is the company’s entry-level model from the RTX 50 series.

This device features a 16-inch 3.2K PureSight Pro display with a dual-layer OLED pixel configuration, achieving a peak brightness of 1600 nits and improving its power efficiency. Additionally, the display offers 100 percent coverage of the sRGB, P3, and Adobe RGB color spectrums, ensuring high color fidelity. Similar to its predecessors, the Yoga Pro 9i, the Aura edition includes Lenovo Creator Zone, an AI suite designed to streamline the usage of third-party video, photo, and music applications for creators. The Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i Aura Edition will launch in the second quarter of 2025, starting at a price of $1,799.

Additionally, the company has introduced the 15-inch IdeaPad Slim 3x, a Copilot+ PC powered by the Snapdragon X chip, Qualcomm’s latest solution aimed at making Copilot+ PCs more accessible. The IdeaPad Slim 3x can handle AI tasks on the device itself and features a dedicated key for Microsoft’s Copilot assistant. Another notable aspect is the device’s open SSD slot, allowing for the installation of an additional SSD for those wishing to enhance storage. This model will be available starting this month, with pricing beginning at $649.
