Kingdom Come: Deliverance IIs First DLC Brushes With Death Arrives on May 15th – Check Out the Teaser!

Czech developers from **Warhorse Studios** have officially announced the release date for the first story expansion of **Kingdom Come: Deliverance II**. The DLC titled **»Deadly Art»** (also known as **»Brushes With Death»**) will be available on all target platforms starting May 15th.

Initially, the launch of the first expansion was slated for summer, but production progressed so smoothly that it could be released ahead of schedule. **»Deadly Art»** will introduce a new storyline featuring a mad artist named Vojta, who seeks the assistance of a helpful character named Indřich to find inspiration for creating his masterpiece. In exchange, Vojta will share his skills with the protagonist, enabling them to adorn shields. A teaser trailer reveals a scene where the two characters meet.

Players can start the DLC from the earliest stages of the game near the town of Trosky, and it does not require the completion of any main quests. Alongside the expansion, the game will receive a major update, version 1.3, which will include standard fixes and content such as horseback riding and archery contests.

Before the end of the year, **Kingdom Come: Deliverance II** will also see the release of two additional expansions: **»Legacy of the Forge,»** which focuses on restoring a destroyed forge in Kutná Hora, and **»Mysteria Ecclesiae,»** where players will explore the Sedlec Monastery to prevent an epidemic.

To celebrate the upcoming DLC release, **Warhorse** has launched its first promotional event for the PC version of **Kingdom Come: Deliverance II**. Until May 15th, the game can be purchased with a 15% discount on **Steam**, applicable to both the standard and gold editions.
