Jordi Fernandez: Brooklyn to Gradually Increase Playing Time for Egor Dyomin

The head coach of the Brooklyn Nets, Jordi Fernandez, stated that the team intends to gradually increase the playing time of Russian guard Egor Dyomin following his recent injury. He shared this information with journalist Eric Slater on social media.

«I can’t specify an exact number of minutes, but we need to proceed with caution. We will slowly ramp up his workload — this is very important for us,» Fernandez’s comments were reported by Eric Slater on his social media account.

During the NBA Summer League, Dyomin suffered a plantar fascia tear, which caused him to miss a significant portion of the preseason training. In the lead-up to the season, the Brooklyn rookie appeared in just one game against Toronto, where he scored 14 points, grabbed 5 rebounds, and dished out 1 assist in 19 minutes of play.
