Israeli Gymnastics Federation to Challenge Exclusion from 2025 World Championship in Court

The Israeli Gymnastics Federation plans to challenge in court the decision to hold the 2025 World Championships without an Israeli delegation.

«The Gymnastics Federation, the Olympic Committee, and the Ministry of Sports of Israel are set to contest this outrageous decision and seek a court order to prevent the competition from taking place without the Israeli team. This crosses a line; it is a regrettable and weak choice that represents a slippery slope towards the exclusion of Israeli athletes now and in the future. We will not allow this to happen and will fight by all legal means available to us,» stated the Israeli Gymnastics Federation, as reported by Davar1.

The World Championships in Artistic Gymnastics – 2025 will take place from October 19 to 25 in Jakarta.
