The Infinix GT 30 Pro is set to be launched next week, as confirmed by the subsidiary of Transsion Holdings in a Wednesday social media update. This new entry in the GT series will replace the Infinix GT 20 Pro, which made its debut in India last year. While the precise specifications for the Infinix GT 30 Pro remain unannounced, it has been established as a device geared towards gamers. Anticipations suggest it will include a 144Hz AMOLED screen and may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate processor.

Infinix Mobile Malaysia used its Instagram account to reveal that the Infinix GT 30 Pro will be officially launched in Malaysia on May 21 at 3:00 PM local time (12:30 PM IST). The event will be broadcasted live on the company’s official Facebook and TikTok channels.

The promotional images feature the slogan “Carry Like A Pro,” affirming that the Infinix GT 30 Pro will operate on a MediaTek chipset. Notably, the brand is the exclusive gaming smartphone partner for the current season of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Malaysia.

Expected Specifications of Infinix GT 30 Pro

According to recent leaks, the Infinix GT 30 Pro is anticipated to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display boasting 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It may also include RGB lighting accents. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate SoC, the device is expected to come with up to 12GB of RAM and a maximum of 512GB storage capacity, operating on Android 15 with the XOS 15 interface.

In terms of camera specifications, the Infinix GT 30 Pro is rumored to sport a dual rear camera configuration with a 108-megapixel primary sensor featuring optical image stabilization (OIS) alongside an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. There may also be a 13-megapixel front-facing camera. A 5,500mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging is expected, and the phone might include capacitive shoulder triggers for quicker response during gaming activities.

The Infinix GT 30 Pro is likely to be revealed alongside the new Infinix XPad GT gaming tablet and the GT Buds.

For context, the Infinix GT 20 Pro was launched in India in May of the previous year, starting at a price of Rs. 22,999. Notable features include a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultimate SoC, a 5,000mAh battery, a 108-megapixel rear camera setup, 45W quick charging capability, and a 6.78-inch full-HD+ LTPS AMOLED display.
