The second-ranked player in the world, American tennis star Coco Gauff, marked her 30th win against a top-10 ranked player. This achievement occurred during the final of the 2025 French Open, where Coco triumphed over Belarusian top seed Aryna Sabalenka with a score of 6:7 (5:7), 6:2, 6:4.

On her way to the title at Roland Garros, Coco Gauff also defeated Olivia Gadecki 6:2, 6:2, Teresa Valintova (2:6, 4:6), Marie Bouzkova (6:1, 7:6 (7:3)), Ekaterina Alexandrova (6:0, 7:5), Madison Keys (7:6 (8:6), 4:6, 1:6), and Lois Boisson (1:6, 2:6).
