Dinamos General Director Discusses Team Strengthening: We Have Many Aspirations, But Not Everything Is Within Our Control

**— Is there clarity on which positions Dynamo intends to reinforce?**
**— We are constantly active in the transfer market throughout the year. There are many things we would like to achieve, but not everything is within our control.**

**— How did the trade for defender Roman Kalinichenko come about? It’s said that his signing was your initiative?**
**— At Dynamo, we don’t operate in a way where one person makes unilateral decisions. The coaching staff discusses the player first, and a collective decision is reached.**

**— Are there any updates regarding current players?**
**— As I mentioned, we are always working year-round, continuously. We maintain a good dialogue with all the leaders of the team, and they have a strong desire to play for Dynamo.
