CSKAs Bid for David Rodriguez Fails as He Joins Modena Instead

CSKA Moscow sought to recruit coach David Rodríguez, who gained recognition for his work with AC Milan’s youth team. The army club wanted the 32-year-old expert to lead their youth squad, as reported by journalist Matteo Moretto on social media.

However, according to the source, the Spanish coach opted for a move to professional football instead. He joined the coaching staff of the Italian club Modena, which competes in Serie B and finished 11th in the league standings last season.

It’s worth noting that last season, CSKA Moscow won the Russian Cup and secured bronze medals in the Russian Premier League.
