Contes Fifth Seria A Title Solidifies His Place Among Italys Coaching Legends

Italian coach Antonio Conte, who is currently in charge of Napoli, has secured his fifth Serie A title as a manager.

Previously, he clinched the Serie A championship three times with Juventus (in the 2011/2012, 2012/2013, and 2013/2014 seasons) and once with Inter (in the 2020/2021 season). With this achievement, Conte joins the ranks of Fabio Capello and Marcello Lippi. The only managers with more Italian league titles are Massimiliano Allegri, with six, and Giovanni Trapattoni, with seven.

Conte took over the Neapolitan club last summer. After completing 38 Serie A matches, Napoli finished the season with 82 points, just one point ahead of their closest rival, Inter.
