The firm BitMine Immersion, which manages assets in Ethereum, has boosted its holdings to 3.3 million ETH, with an asset value of approximately $13.7 billion.

Since October 20, the company has purchased 77,055 ETH for around $319 million. BitMine’s total reserves in cryptocurrencies and cash have reached $14.2 billion.

The company’s portfolio also includes 192 BTC valued at $22.2 million, a stake in the firm Eightco worth $88 million, and $305 million in cash. BitMine holds nearly 2.8% of the circulating supply of Ethereum, which totals about 120.7 million ETH.

BitMine stands as the largest corporate holder of Ethereum, followed by SharpLink and The Ether Machine.

The company’s goal is to acquire 5% of the total circulating supply of the second-largest cryptocurrency, which approximates to around 6.04 million coins.

Strategy has acquired 390 BTC for a total of $43.4 million, with an average purchase price of about $111,053.

Currently, the company possesses 640,808 BTC, valued at $47.44 billion, with an average acquisition cost of $74,032. The return on investment since the beginning of 2025 has been 26%.

Simultaneously, the South Korean company Bitplanet announced the purchase of its first cryptocurrency, acquiring 92.67 BTC for $10.9 million at an average price of $117,647.

Bitplanet has become the first publicly traded company in South Korea to buy Bitcoin directly through a licensed local crypto exchange. Company representatives stated they plan to continue daily purchases of the asset through regulated channels. The firm aims to become the leading institutional holder of Bitcoin in the country.

The medical company Prenetics, backed by David Beckham, has raised around $48 million through a public securities offering. The firm intends to allocate the funds towards two main initiatives: first, the global expansion of its wellness brand IM8, which focuses on comprehensive human wellbeing—physical, mental, and emotional; and second, to bolster its treasury in the first cryptocurrency.

According to Prenetics CEO Danny Yeng, the company plans to purchase 1 BTC daily. The five-year target is to achieve $1 billion in annual revenue and accumulate digital gold equivalent to that amount.

As of the time of writing, the Hong Kong-based company holds 275.42 BTC.

As a reminder, on October 16, BitMine replenished its reserves with 104,336 ETH worth $417 million.
