Assassin’s Creed Shadows Spotted for Nintendo Switch 2 on Auchans Website

It seems that Assassin’s Creed Shadows is indeed set to launch on the Nintendo Switch 2. A French website, Auchan, has published a page featuring the game’s cover and description.

The description states the following:

Earlier, back in July, the project received a PEGI rating for Switch 2, which typically happens a few months ahead of release. At that time, Ubisoft mentioned that the game would also be available on «other devices,» without specifying which ones.

If the leak from the website proves accurate, the release on Switch 2 could happen in the coming months—similar to Star Wars Outlaws, which was launched on consoles on September 4th.

Ubisoft has not yet commented on a possible version for the new platform, but it seems that an announcement is merely a matter of time.

For now, players can only engage with the Japanese Templars in Assassin’s Creed Shadows on

PC (via Steam, Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect), Xbox Series, and PlayStation 5, which includes a text translation in Russian.
