Samsung Set to Unveil Game-Changing Tri-Fold Phone and Galaxy S25 FE in Late 2025 Amid Exciting Product Lineup

Samsung has revealed its financial performance for the second quarter of this year and shared its strategy for the latter half of 2025. The South Korean technology leader has confirmed the introduction of multiple new products within the remaining months of the current year. This encompasses the much-anticipated launch of the brand’s triple-fold smartphone as well as the Project Moohan extended reality (XR) headset. Additionally, the company hinted at the release schedule for the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE device.

Samsung Announces Galaxy S25 FE, Tri-Fold Smartphone, and XR Headset Launch in H2 2025

During the Q2 2025 earnings briefing, Samsung’s VP of Mobile Experience, Daniel Araujo, indicated that the Galaxy S25 FE is set for an early launch. This implies that the smartphone may make its debut in global markets around August or early September, following a similar timeline as the release of the Galaxy S24 FE last September.

The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is anticipated to feature an Exynos 2400 processor, paired with 8GB of RAM and as much as 256GB of internal storage. It is expected to operate on One UI 8 and include a 4,900mAh battery. In terms of photography, it may offer a 50-megapixel triple-lens rear camera setup along with a 12-megapixel front-facing camera. The device could be available in icy blue, jet black, navy, and white color options.

Samsung mentioned that its Tri-Fold smartphone and the XR headset are anticipated to be launched in the second half of 2025. The XR headset, referred to as Project Moohan, was recently discovered on Geekbench boasting a Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 chipset.

At the same time, Samsung is rumored to name the triple-fold smartphone the Galaxy Z TriFold, with a potential market introduction in October. Previous speculations suggested the device might be branded the Samsung G Fold.

Samsung also plans to launch the Galaxy Tab S11 series in the upcoming months, along with new budget-friendly smartphones in its Galaxy A lineup. These could include the Galaxy A17 5G and the Galaxy A07, which recently came to light online.
