Alonso Provides Update on Mbappes Health as Real Madrid Prepares for World Cup Clash

The head coach of Madrid’s Real Madrid, **Xabi Alonso**, spoke about the condition of forward **Kylian Mbappé**, who missed the team’s training session ahead of the Club World Cup match against **Al-Hilal** due to a high fever.

«Earlier today, Kylian felt a bit better, but that’s still not enough. It was quite hot, so it wouldn’t have been wise for him to train. We’ll wait until the last moment and make a decision tomorrow morning,» Alonso said at the press conference.

The match will take place at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, with the referee’s whistle set to blow at 10:00 PM Moscow time.

The last time Real Madrid faced Al-Hilal was in the final of the 2022 Club World Cup. In that matchup, the royal club triumphed with a score of 5-3. In Group H, these teams will also compete against **Pachuca** and **Red Bull Salzburg**.
