Украина представляет первого государственного ИИ-агента для услуг в чате Translation: Ukraine unveils its first state AI agent for chat-based services.

Ukraine has launched the «world’s first» state AI agent on the «Diia» portal. This agent not only answers questions but also provides services directly within the chat, according to Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

“Diia.AI” is capable of:

«Ukraine is making a significant investment in artificial intelligence. This is not just a trend; it’s our clear mission to be among the top three countries globally by 2030 in the development and integration of AI within the public sector. We are focusing on transforming ‘Diia’ from a digital service into a fully-fledged AI agent that operates 24/7 and delivers services without the need for unnecessary forms and fields,» Fedorov stated.

Currently, “Diia.AI” is functioning in an open beta testing format. The public official revealed that on its first day, the service received nearly 20,000 messages and initiated over 6,000 dialogues. Users requested 425 income certificates.

In August, Fedorov announced the launch of the first state infrastructure for AI development — AI Factory.

It’s worth noting that in June, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine launched a sandbox for testing blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies.
